    Beginning at the premise that warm-ups should (1) develop skills and (2) progress, just like training, Korfist lays out four skill progressions for developing speed. Every minute of this is valuable. When demonstration videos didn’t work, Korfist got on stage and demonstrated — and explained — each drill himself.

    Great ideas throughout this presentation.
